National Glaucoma Week

National Glaucoma Week seeks to raise awareness of the ‘silent’ eye disease – glaucoma, and to encourages all Australians, once they reach the age of 40, to undertake a comprehensive eye test every two years. Glaucoma has no early symptoms, it cannot be self- detected. The awareness week highlights the dangers of undetected and untreated glaucoma.
